The study of the "HM's Ministers Inform... Relations Between Poland and the Baltic States Between 1920-1926" draws an interesting and well documented picture of the British diplomats activities in relation to Poland, and the Baltic Republics.
The Author analyses how the British Envoys Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, who have resided in Warsaw, Riga and Helsingfors, presented the Polish Republics relationship with the Baltic States during the 1920-1920 period. This is a pioneering work, based on the diplomatic reports. For the first time we can observe the diplomatic activity of Warsaw in the years 1920-1926, from a non-Polish perspective.
